Anthony Bolden, co-founder, brings a wealth of leadership and strategic planning skills from his tenure as a nonprofit CEO. His vision for BridgeWork was initially inspired by a desire to support first-generation professionals, ensuring they receive the comprehensive training and mentorship needed to successfully navigate the early stages of their careers. At BridgeWork, Anthony leads business development, strategy, and operational management, driving the company toward its ambitious goals. 

Charles Cammack, co-founder, complements the leadership team with his deep expertise in curriculum development and educational resources, honed through years of significant contributions to the higher education sector. Charles's involvement transformed the initial concept into a broader vision, expanding BridgeWork's impact to encompass early career 

employees and their employers, intending to reshape workplace norms.
