PAYING IT FORWARD

Anthony and Charles established BridgeWork out of a desire to support talented professionals who were navigating their careers in isolation. With a steadfast belief that a "company" should be a selfless advocate for its employees' development, they created BridgeWork to enhance the workplace for both employees and employers. Drawing on a combined 20 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience, they are making a significant difference in the growth, engagement, and retention of mission-driven organizations.
