Hi there! Have some questions about the Early Career Accelerator? Find the answers below.
At BridgeWork, we define "Early Career" as being in the first seven years of your professional journey. However, we understand that career paths are not always linear. If you've recently shifted careers or are in an entry-level role in a new field, you may still fall into this category. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are, regardless of how you got there.
Yes, you can still participate. However, the accelerator is designed to provide the most value through full engagement in all sessions. Attending every session ensures you gain the complete experience, build connections, and fully benefit from the program’s resources and insights.
No, employment is not a requirement for this program. The Early Career Accelerator is designed to support professionals at various stages of their journey, whether you are currently employed, seeking new opportunities, or transitioning into a new career. Our goal is to provide tools and resources that benefit everyone, regardless of their employment status.
Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook or journal for personal reflections and, if preferred, a laptop for note-taking. While presentations and program materials will be provided after each session, having these items on hand can enhance your engagement during the program. Any additional resources will be shared in advance.
Applications will close on the Friday, February 14th at 11:59 PM. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible to secure your spot!
